What we do

Rico's has been making wood-fired pizza across the UK for nearly two decades. Using sustainably sourced beech, the authentic oven fires up to over 400 degrees centigrade – hot enough to cook each pizza in about three minutes.

As we move into our first permanent home at Witney, we're building a team who'll grow with us. Everyone here will have the chance to work towards an apprenticeship, whichever path suits them — kitchen or front of house.
